The programming listed is available throughout the school year.  The majority of programs are based out of the DDC, while others have been adapted to be taken to schools as presentations for any given numbers of students.  The DDC is constantly developing new lessons and is open to hear from teachers about the subjects they would like to see the Junior Naturalist Program make available.  The program is constantly aiming to offer hands-on experiences that are difficult to provide in a classroom setting. The potential experiences to be had with the Junior Naturalist Program are endless and are provided free of charge.
